About our roots

We guide organizations to cultivate their ecosystem, providing the right mix of autonomy, alignment, and continuous improvement. This mix enables people to unlock their full potential.

We are a team of six professionals with expertise in leadership coaching, organization design, product/portfolio management, Serious Gaming, personal leadership, and professional Trainer focused on cultivating change within an organization. We believe that an organization should have the drive to be self-sufficient and guide its change journey by itself. Therefore, we focus on the needs of an organization to match the experience needed in each step of the journey.
