We are a team of six professionals with expertise in leadership coaching, organization design, product/portfolio management, Serious Gaming, personal leadership, and professional Trainer focused on cultivating change within an organization. We believe that an organization should have the drive to be self-sufficient and guide its change journey by itself. Therefore, we focus on the needs of an organization to match the experience needed in each step of the journey.

With a good dose of playful enthusiasm, I disarm complex topics such as innovation, co-creation, and self-organization. I facilitate people to approach their work with more curiosity and embrace its challenges. In this way, work becomes something that challenges people to grow and where taking ownership is rewarded.
